Visual Studio Codeでcodeコマンドが使えない時

1. コマンドパレットを開く
2. Shell Command: Install ‘code’ command in PATH.(シェルコマンド: PATH内に’code’コマンドをインストールします)を選択
3. まだcodeコマンドが使えなかったらVSCodeを再起動
